Solid stay near the metro

The staff was very helpful. I especially appreciated mahmood and franz at the front desk, they facilitated an early check-in. I also found the location very convenient since it is close to the burjuman metro station. There is also a lulu hypermarket opposite the hotel, handy for quick shopping.
The gym access required a card, however, i only received one card for the room.

The room was spacious and clean. I noted the comfortable bed. The shower had good water pressure, and i liked that the temperature was consistent, with no sudden changes, even during peak hours.

the hotel is close to the metro station. i accessed the burjuman metro station easily. a couple of big supermarkets are near the hotel. i found the room well furnished and wide.
the shower released yellow water for about ten seconds when turned on. it was not a significant issue for me.

I greatly appreciated the swift upgrade to a suite room. Dinusa and Ganga provided excellent help. Umair and Aubrey PROMISED an upgrade and they ensured I got it. The breakfast amazed me. The omelet station was especially good.
The hotel parking requires a fee. It is 30aed for 12hours.

esam and ganga were great staff. the front office manager assisted with our extension. i received follow-up calls from the front office manager, it reflected the management's genuine commitment.
the iron they gave me was old. it didn't work properly. it was an annoying experience.

the staff were nice and helpful (especially huraira at the front desk).
I found the cleanliness to be a complete fiasco. Even after specifically telling reception, it was difficult to get the room floors vacuumed or towels changed. i probably won't return to this hotel. There is a nightclub underneath, and the people who frequent it are disturbing. it is a demographic i don't particularly like.
